'आपले कर्तव्य चोख पार पाडणे- हे प्रगत समाजाच्या उभारणीत महत्त्वाचे आहे' घरची परिस्थिती बेताचीच असल्याने घरकाम आणि शेतीच्या कामांना हातभार लावत शिक्षण घ्यावं लागलं. पण शिक्षण हाच प्रगतीचा मार्ग आहे हे मनाशी पक्क झालं होतं, त्यामुळे कोणत्याही परिस्थितीत शिक्षणाकडे दुर्लक्ष न करता, कुटुंबाची साथ आणि आत्मविश्वास यांच्या बळावर नामांकित डॉक्टर बनले. आणि सध्या कुडाळ येथे 'राणे हॉस्पिटल आणि मेडिकल रिसर्च सेंटर' या माध्यमातुन रुग्णसेवा देत आहेत. चला पाहूया डॉ. जी.टी. राणे यांचा प्रेरणादायी प्रवास !
